Basic (6ct 6ct Llorens-0410)
Start in standard swing position
1-3, 4-6: Triple steps
1-2: M steps back. W steps into tuck
4-6: W spins R and triple steps to end

Basic (8ct Endo-0612)
1 &2: Triple step position perpendicular to the slot in closed, "East Coast Swing" style but with hands up.
3 &4: Bump-Back... M steps back with R foot, while pushing W back on her L foot, then both replace feet still in closed position feet together.
5, 6: W rocks back on R foot on 5, then steps fwd on L foot across R foot on 6. M steps back with L foot on 5, then shifts weight back to R foot on 6.
&7: W does French Cross with L foot across her R as M does tap-step. Couple still holding hands, but now aligned in the slot.
8-10: M triple-steps, raising W's R hand above W's head and using his R hand, starts W's double R turn down the slot into WCS basic position.

Sugar Push (6ct Candis-0611)
Start facing each other, holding hands, arms half-extended.
1, 2: M steps back (L, R) and stops with weight on R foot as W steps fwd (R, L).
3, 4: M taps L foot in in front of his R foot on 3 as he stops W with slight "compression" of arms, then steps fwd with L foot on 4, pushing W into backward steps. W taps her R foot on 3, then steps backward with R foot on 4.
5 &6: Triple-step (M brings R foot up beside his L foot on 5, then quickly steps L then R. W brings L foot besid her R foot, then quickly steps R then L).

Sugar Push w. Head-Loop (6ct Candis-0601)
(NOTE: Starts in shake-hands position)
1: M starts sugar-push back pulling “resisting” W forward
2-3: M places W’s R hand on M’s L shoulder and lets go, placing heel of M’s L hand on W’s R hip.
4: M pushes W back as W slides her R hand down M’s L arm
5 &6: Normal sugar-push ending (or “Scoot” a while).

Sugar-Push Scoot (8+ct Llorens-0510)
Sugar-push, hold woman’s R hand on man’s L shoulder, heel of M's L hand on W's R hip bone.

1-2, 3-4: two hands up resisting each other (palms together, M grips/controls W)

7 &8: Step-ball change. M kicks L foot out putting weight on L foot and step R (W does R/L equivalent)

Twister (Shoulder Push) (6ct Candis-0601)
NOTE: Start in two-hands position.
1, 2, 3: Sugar-push start, but with W’s hands raised a little over her head. W spins ½ turn R on 2, 3. On 3, M stops W’s turn by lowering W’s hands to her shoulders (R on R, L on L) with M’s wrists crossed behind her back.
4: M releases W’s L hand and gently pushes W’s L shoulder to start her forward into ½ turn R.
5 &6: Anchor step.

Pass Steps...

Around-The-World (8ct Candis-0611)
1-4: Left side pass, M stays facing fwd holding RH on his hip, LH overhead. W walks around M.
5-8: W walks forward, makes full L spin.

Cross-Armed Back-to-Back Pass (6ct, 6ct Candis-0511)
1-4: L side pass with L tuck, keeping arms up.
5&6: W spins full turn R, keeping arms up, ending facing M.
1&2: M rock steps lifting L hand over head and does 1/2 turn to L facing away from W; ­W steps forward lifting L hand over head and does 1/2 turn to L (both now back-to-back with arms extended horizontally at shoulder level).
3&4: W steps forward, releasing her L hand as M does L 1/2 turn.
5&6: W spins R 1/2 or 1-1/2 to end it.

Double-Wind Pass w. Catch and Spin (6ct, 6ct Candis-0511)
1-4: W makes L side pass making full turn to her L with arms raised ending facing away from M (keep arms up).
5&6: M pulls W into 1-1/2 R turn bringing his L arm down to stop turn (W’s LH now behind her back, gripped by M’s RH across her waist front).
1&2-3: M pulls W into L side pass starting W’s full L spin
4: M catches W’s right bicep (stopping L spin); M pushes W’s L shoulder to start her full R spin.
5&6: W does full R spin while M rock-steps.

1-2: M steps back prepping W w. strong cross body lead R into L pass with M’s L arm held low.
3: M & W are back-to-back aligned in slot.

Two Single-Folds, Syncopated (6ct, 6ct Candis-0601)
1-6: Cross-body lead into L side pass. M lets his L hand go behind him as W passes, then M turns L on 5-6. W does fancy kicks throughout as she sees fit.
1-6: Repeat.

Under-Arm Pass w. Head-Loop (6ct Candis-0601)
NOTE: Start in shake-hands position.
1, 2: M steps back starting under-arm R-side pass.
3&: M tap-steps and lifts W’s R hand over M’s head and releases it on M’s L shoulder, placing L hand on W’s R hip.
4: M pushes W’s hip as W slides her R hand down M’s arm to take M’s hand.
5 &6: Anchor step.

Under-Arm Pass w. Man’s Head-Loop (6ct, 6ct Veronica-0512)
1-4: Standard under-arm pass
5&6: M does head-loop (hook-back R foot, pivot R on L foot while “waiter-lifting” W’s hand over M’s head, cross-step forward with R foot) ending facing away from W with her R hand in M’s L hand resting on M’s shoulder.
1-6: M pulls W through in pass (fancy stuff optional).

Whip Steps –

Apache Whip (8ct Candis-0601)
1-7: Standard whip with behind-the-back hand-change.
8: W freezes with feet planted wide, facing M, with shake-hands. M pulls W in to basic push or head-loop or W can hijack the step and break / shimmy for as long as she wants.

Back-To-Back Whip (8 - Candis-0607)
1-2: M steps R as starts cross-body lead into L-side pass. On 2, inner arms are raised elbow-to-elbow (W stepping fwd in the slot).
3 &4: M steps L raising L arm over head as W does 1 1/2 L under-arm turn rolling around M's back, staying in the slot. On 4, M releases W's R hand and places his R hand on W's back, waist-high.
5-6: M gently pushes W fwd to start the last half of the whip, catching W's R hip across her waist on 6 and starting her 1 1/2 L turn.
7 &8: W turns as M fools around.

Continuous Whip (Shuttle) (12ct Candis-0601)
1-2: Start a whip: M catches W
3: M pivots on right foot & steps across slot
4…5, 6…7, 8…9, 10…11: Repeat pivot/step, W stepping R foot between M’s legs. On 11, release holding R hands.
&12: Behind-back rollout with W doing full turn to R.

1--4: Starts with M holding W's hand by outside edge of her palm, with her palm facing down. W does R side pass w. inside turn to L.
5 & 6: M catches W at waist w. R hand and pulls W forward under M's L arm into 1/2 turn to W's L (W now facing M).
7 & 8: M lowers his L arm to W's waist level and gives firm tug to M's R to start W's free L spin.

– Double Reverse Whip (6ct, 6ct Candis-0601)

Half-Whip With "Attitude" Rock (8ct Candis-0604)
1-3: Start with standard whip steps, but M stops W on 3 in slot.
4: M rocks & leans back on L foot, pulling W into dip leaning fwd into M.
5: M pushes W back, sinuously. 6: M steps fwd (W steps back).
7 &8: Anchor step.

Inside Whip w. Check (8ct Candis-0602)
Start w. M’s L hand rolled on top of W’s R hand.
1, 2, 3 &4: Standard inside whip start, but M checks (stops) W facing him on 4.
5: M points fwd. with R foot as W turns ½ turn to her R and rocks back pointing her R foot fwd, M's & W's legs dramatically extended in parallel.
6, 7 &8: W steps fwd. doing 1 ½ turns L or R into anchor step as M shuffles.

Locked Whip (10ct Llorens-0510)
1-2: Start as if under-arm turn, taking W’s L hand on 2 3: Lift W’s R hand over her head & anchor step
4: Step across slot with L foot, stopping W’s forward progress
5: Rock back, turning W around half turn
6: Step across slot, stopping W’s forward progress
7: Turn W again half turn while stepping across slot
8: Step forward while W does half turn
9-10: Complete anchor step

– Locked Whip (6ct Candis-0611)

Locked Whip w. Back-To-Back Pass (8ct 6ct Candis-0601)
1-6: Standard locked whip 7&8: Raise hand above W’s head keeping finger-tip contact and W does 1 ½ turns to R to face M
1&: Each turns ¼ turn L to back-to-back position
2: M steps to R and brings arms to shoulder height
3&4: Each triple-steps M to L, W to R (still holding hands). On 4, M gives W low, strong push to start spin.
5&6: Release trailing hands and W does 1 ½ spin to R

Locked Whip With Man’s Head-Loop (8ct, 6ct Veronica-0512)
1-6: Standard locked whip.
7&8: M does head-loop (hook-back R foot, pivot R on L foot while “waiter-lifting” W’s R hand over M’s head, cross-step forward with R foot) ending facing away from W with her R hand in M’s L hand resting on M’s shoulder.
1-2, 3&4: M rocks back and pulls W through into L tuck.
5&6: W does full R spin while M triple steps facing her.

– Locked Whip with R Spin Roll-Out (8ct Candis-0511)

Neck Wrap Whip (6, 6, 8 - Candis-0606)
1-3: M pulls W into start of sugar push, but with L hand lifted to stop W with her R elbow touching M's L elbow (and M's R hand holding W's L hand low) on 3.
4, 5 &6: W makes 2 R turns... 1st under M's L hand; 2nd with M's hand at shoulder level. W finishes 2nd turn facing fwd. in slot still holding M's L hand (now led behind her neck) on her L shoulder.
1-6: M pulls W into R-side pass with 2 1/2 L turns. M holds W's R hand up for first turn, then lowers it on 4 as W continues turns. At 6, W releases M's L hand which "checks" her with palm on her back at waist level.
1-3: ("One-Handed Whip") M pulls W fwd into 1/2 R turn, checking her with his L hand on 3.
4-8: M pulls W fwd with his L hand. On 5, M catches W with his R hand on hip to lead her into 1 1/2 R turn to end the whip.

Reverse Whip w. Spinout (8ct Candis-0601)
Start with M’s R hand holding W’s R hand (continuous whip is natural entry to this)
1-4: M holds W’s hand low to wrap W’s hand behind her back whip
5-6: M rolls W out with hands low
7-8: Hands high for W’s full R spin

1-3 – Start L side pass. As W passes beside M, he puts R hand over her R wrist and pulls W to start free L 1-1/2 spin.

1& 2& 3& 4&: With W standing behind M (not too closely), both point-kick starting with R feet.
5, 6: M steps across his L foot on 5, pivoting to face W on 6.
7& 8: On 7, M pushes W's L hand and "idles" as W does full L turn ending face-to-face.

Lead: M leads left, then rolls W’s R wrist on 2
1: Step back to M’s L leading L (W’s R)

1-4: R side pass, with M turning 1/2 R lifting W's L hand over her head into arms-spread position, leaning forward on 4.
5-8: R side pass, with W turning full R into same crossed-hands position as started.
1-8: M stands still as W walks around M with hands held over M's head making 2 full R turns ending in same crossed-hands position as started.

5&6: W does full R spin to face M with hands up about shoulder-high and crossed with M’s L over his R.

5&6: (“frou-frou”) M lifts R arm over head releasing W’s R hand placing M’s R hand on W’s waist; then L arm up to release W’s L hand, ending side-by-side aligned with slot.

Lunging Triple-Loop Peek-A-Boo Spanish Drag (6ct 8ct 8ct 8ct 6ct 6ct Candis-0612)
1...6: Stiff-arm sugar push. M's L hand high, R hand low, pushing W into R turn on 3&4. End in two-hand position with M's L hand cupped over W's R hand.
1...4: Cross-body lead into W's L tuck-turn into cuddle with both lunging, M's L hand and W'sR hand up at head level.
5...8: Unwind W with double R turn, hands above her head into face-to-face position, both hands held with L wrists above R wrists (both M & W).

Spanish Drag...
1...2: Both step toward M's L along slot on 1, with W "pushing" M's R foot in sliding, slinky move to catch up.
3...4; 5...6: Repeat.
1...6: Rock-back, tuck turn, double R spin to end in basic position.

Modified Wrap (Behind-Back) Tuck (6ct 6ct Llorens-0510)
1…6: Sugar-push
1…6: Two-hand under-arm tuck, with inside turn wrap, ending with woman’s left arm behind back, held by man’s right hand across front

Needle Head-Loop (6, 8, 6 - Candis-0606)
1-6: Start Thread-The-Needle to cross-hands high position.
1-3: M pulls W through ending in locked whip midpoint position (W's L arm over her R arm).
